navigation options
There are several important elements in every website. Probably the most important is navigation. users need to be able to get around your site easily and find the section that they are looking for without a minimum of mouse clicks and frustration. There are numerous ways to accomplish this, and the size of the site is the most important. A ten page site can use a simple list of pages for the menu. Larger sites with several subsections will benefit from a nested menu which reduces the clutter from subsections. Below are examples that cover both these options and others as well.
- collapsing nested menus
- oak hills local school district
[several school sites within the district use this type of menu] - princeton junior high school
